Maternity and Menopause!

I have served women in childbearing for about 20 years and study
independently for midwifery as time allows. I Home school, run a few
businesses (my ministry and husband's home building business) out of our
home. I speak at conferences, teaching women about Erasing a Spirit of Fear,
Taking Responsibility for Birth, Trusting Birth and so much more. I wrote a
curriculum about menstruation from a biblical perspective called Maidens by
His Design. I work with other women for two more curricula, Maternity and
Menopause by His Design that we hope to be out by next year. All three
courses, we hope and pray, women and young ladies will take before they get
married. This way, we will be teaching all women's cycles as God's blessings
to us before they see it as the world's curses to us. I attend births from
time to time - which is an honor and blessing to me. I also have a yahoo

I have been helping Moms have babies for the last 20 years.
Most of my work has been with single moms that needed support;
this came about through my involvement in Crisis Pregnancy Centers.
I currently serve the local community through word of mouth advertising.
I am a homeschooling mother of 10, grandmother of 6. My children's
ages range from 31 to 9. The miracle of birth has always awed and
attracted me. I found that I have a gift in being able to assist women
during their births and I am awed and humbled that I have been blessed
in this manner. I strive to be of service and to balance my involvement
during this busy season of mothering and homemaking in my life.
