    been practicing in the field.  You may demonstrate your skills
    without having to "start from scratch."

    INTEGRITY

    Cascade is committed to operating 100% legally.
    This includes conforming to the law's requirement
    of licensure as a private vocational school.

    ACCOUNTABILITY

    Cascade is based in the state of Oregon and has it's offices in
    Oregon and Arizona, and is in full communication with the
    Department of Education regarding activities as a non-profit
    religious organization. Both states are fully aware of our
    activities as a certifying body and our intentions of obtaining our
    license as a vocational school.

    COMPREHENSIVE

    Cascade is committed to the integrity of it's certification.  
    Therefore, we have created the most comprehensive testing
    system in the field that ensures the viability of our member's
    skills.  Consumers and practitioners alike can feel confident that a
    Cascade certified childbirth educator or doula possesses skills
    above and beyond her peers.

    FAITHFUL

    Cascade certified childbirth educators and doulas have made a
    statement of faith that will identify them as Christians.  Our
    organization is in place for those clients who wish to distinguish
    who will dispense the knowledge and support for childbirth.  We
    here at Cascade wish to honor and glorify Jesus Christ, making
    Him the center of the childbirth experience.
